What's the number one resolution we all have in common that only happens once a year? That one word we all seem to fear to hear: diet. What makes that four letter word so scary? I'm sure i'm not the only woman here that's announced to the world she was going to go on a diet and then the next day she's caught going through the Mcdonalds drive through! It's NORMAL! Here's another thing we all tend to pull, i'll start it tomorrow - but for now i'll still sit on my but and eat this bag of fat free doritos. Another dream I wish that will come true some day sooner than later is that all the food we shouldn't be eating but eat anyways will be zero calories. There are so many programs that are out there that provide solutions - the only hurdle we have to over come is the ambition to try and find that right program that suits us. Now i'm sure everybodys heard of the you can't lose weight by only eating right - you have to exercise to. The number one reason we fall out of routine is the loss of interest in the program you are doing or routine you complete each day. I've went to family health clubs like Stillwater Fitness or River Valley, i've also even tried Snap fitness that's smaller. I'll go through streaks of where i'll revolve my days by my work out schedule then i'll go back to sitting on my ass and wondering where the drive went to. I've even had tried work out  home instructional dvds. I've got results with all of them but in the end the pounds creep up. Why is it so hard to manage the perfect weight? I love how we have video games that encourage interest in movement and getting healthier because that's what the 21st century consists of all the greatest advancements in technology. That's one solution I haven't tried and lord knows with the financial crisis we can't all afford to get plastic surgery like Paris Hilton whenever we gain a pound... Here's what I want from my readers, What helps encourage you to go exercise? How do you manage your intake with calories? And finally, what are the traps like i've mentioned above that you used before you actually started a diet..
